What”s happening at the centre:

Monday: Gentle healing movement ( 1pm-2pm) and creative speech workshop (2pm-3pm) with Jrmhild and Jris, by donation

Tuesday: Seniors chair movement to music with Marie 11am. $10

Wednesday: Playgroup 9am -10.30am. Community meal every first Wednesday of the month 11am-1pm

Thursday: Playgroup 10am-11.30am. Relax in to yoga 12-1pm. Breathing with Alon 5.30-630pm

Friday: Mahjong 9am-12pm. $3
